The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to ScandiSocialPro® (VAT registration number: SE910802895301), which operates the SKINØ brand and the website skinosverige.se.

We offer premium products in facial and body care, including specialized skincare serums and creams. Our online store is operated via Shopify, which enables the delivery of these products to you. These Terms of Use govern your use of the Services. Please read them carefully—they contain important information about your rights and obligations, including disclaimers and limitations of liability. By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you accept these Terms of Use as well as our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refund Policy. If you do not accept the terms, you should not use the Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). You are solely responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell, or license your account to any third party.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

We strive to display the products as accurately as possible, but colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen and device settings. We do not guarantee that the products will exactly match the images or descriptions. We reserve the right to change product descriptions, prices, or availability at any time, as well as to restrict sales to certain persons, regions, or quantities. Results from using our cosmetic products (such as the degree of tan or skin improvement) are individual and may vary depending on skin type and method of use. We do not guarantee specific results for every individual user. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. If you have known allergies or sensitive skin, carefully review the ingredient list before use.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you submit a binding purchase offer. We reserve the right to accept or reject the order (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud, stock shortages, or pricing errors). The order is accepted only when we have confirmed payment and sent an order confirmation. Carefully review your order—we cannot guarantee cancellation after acceptance. Returns and exchanges are handled solely in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy (link: skinosverige.se/pages/returpolicy). You represent that purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are stated in SEK and include VAT (unless otherwise specified), but exclude shipping, customs duties, and any import fees. Prices may change without notice—the price applicable is the one displayed at the time of ordering. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk for the product passes to you when we hand the package over to the shipping company. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company, customs, or force majeure.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services (text, images, graphics, the SKINØ trademark, logos, etc.) is owned by ScandiSocialPro or our licensors and is protected by Swedish, EU, and international copyright and trademark law. You may only use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use is prohibited.

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

We may provide tools or links to third parties (e.g., payment solutions). These are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.

SECTION 8 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

The Services are operated via Shopify. All transactions occur directly between you and ScandiSocialPro. Shopify is not responsible for products, deliveries, or disputes related to your purchases.

SECTION 9 – PRIVACY POLICY

Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy (link: skinosverige.se/pages/integritetspolicy) and Shopify's policy. By using the Services, you accept these.

SECTION 10 – FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS

Any feedback or reviews you submit grant us a royalty-free, perpetual right to use the material for marketing and improvement of the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that the feedback is lawful and does not infringe on third-party rights.

SECTION 11 – PROHIBITED USE

You may only use the Services for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include, among others: illegal activity, infringement of intellectual property rights, spam, viruses, scraping, falsk identity, or anything that could harm us or third parties. We may suspend or terminate your account in case of violation.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS AND CHANGES

We reserve the right to correct errors (e.g., prices, descriptions) and cancel orders due to inaccuracies, even after order confirmation.

SECTION 13 – TERMINATION

We may terminate your access to the Services at any time without notice. Certain sections (e.g., limitation of liability, indemnification) will continue to apply after termination.

SECTION 14 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services and products are provided “as is” without warranties, except those required by mandatory Swedish consumer law (e.g., 3-year complaint period). We disclaim warranties for uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

SECTION 15 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by mandatory Swedish and EU law (e.g., the Consumer Purchases Act), we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

SECTION 16 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScandiSocialPro, our employees, partners, and Shopify from all claims, damages, and costs (including attorney fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your use of the Services.

SECTION 17 – SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER

If any part of these terms is invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver.

SECTION 18 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms and referenced policies constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

SECTION 19 – ASSIGNMENT

We may assign these terms without your consent. You may not assign them without our written approval.

SECTION 20 – GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation. In case of disagreement, you may turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or a court in Sweden. As a consumer, you also have the right to alternative dispute resolution via the EU’s ODR platform.

SECTION 21 – CHANGES

We may update the terms. Material changes will be notified via email or the website. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
