GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General

These general terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods and services via this website. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions and certify that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a guardian.

2. Order

An order is only binding when it has been confirmed by an order confirmation via email. The store reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of, for example, technical problems, incorrect pricing or suspected fraud.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including statutory VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made via the payment options offered at checkout. Any fees will be reported before the purchase is completed.

4. Delivery

Delivery takes place according to the option selected when ordering.

Delivery time is given as an estimate and may be affected by circumstances beyond the store's control.

The risk for the goods passes to the customer when the goods have been received.

5. Right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the goods are received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the store before the withdrawal period expires.

When returning the product, it must:

be in essentially unchanged condition

be well packaged

returned at the customer's expense (unless otherwise stated)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

digital products delivered in a way where access has already begun

custom-made products

hygiene products where the seal has been broken

6. Complaints and warranty

Complaints are handled in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act, which gives the customer the right to complain about original defects within 3 years.

In the event of a complaint, the customer must contact the store as soon as the error is discovered and describe the error clearly.

The store has the right to first try to fix the error or replace the item.

7. Unredeemed packages

For unclaimed packages, a fee equivalent to the cost of shipping, return shipping and handling will be charged.

Unclaimed packages do not count as exercised right of withdrawal.

8. Personal data (GDPR)

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Data is collected to be able to handle orders, payments, customer service and any newsletters.

The customer has the right to request an extract, correction or deletion of their data.

9. Cookies

The website uses cookies to improve the user experience and enable functions such as shopping cart, statistics and advertising.

The customer can control the handling of cookies via the browser settings.

10. Limitation of liability

The store is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or other consequential damages.

The store is not responsible for delays or obstacles caused by circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).

11. Changes to terms and conditions

The store reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. The version that applies is the one that was published at the time of the customer's order.

12. Dispute

Disputes are primarily resolved through dialogue between the store and the customer.

In the event of a dispute, the consumer can contact the Swedish National Board of Complaints (ARN).

Swedish law applies.
